Al-Nahrain Law College Calls on Admitted Students to Visit the Postgraduate Studies Division to Sign the Legal Undertaking

Announcement

Pursuant to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Research and Development concerning the signing of the written undertaking by students admitted to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2026–2027, the College of Law – Al-Nahrain University calls on all admitted students to visit the Postgraduate Studies Division to sign the legal undertaking related to their employment status.

Signing the undertaking is an essential requirement for completing the admission procedures. The university order of admission will not be issued to admitted students until the undertaking has been signed.

Accordingly, all admitted students are requested to visit the Postgraduate Studies Division at the College as soon as possible and bring the following documents:

  • Unified National ID Card.
  • Residence Card.
  • Any other required documents, if applicable.

Note: The student shall bear legal and administrative responsibility for the accuracy of the information and documents submitted. If any discrepancy is established, the relevant legal procedures will be taken in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions.
