Important Announcement for Students Who Missed Examinations

Students who were absent from one of the first-semester or second-semester examinations are required to submit applications to participate in the second-round examinations no later than August 15.

The applications must include legitimate justifications supported by official documents and will be submitted to the College Council for approval, in accordance with Article (10) of Examination Instructions No. (134) of 2000.

The accepted legitimate justifications include:

  1. Sudden illness.
  2. Death of a first-degree relative.
  3. Traffic accidents.
  4. Sudden detention.

Accordingly, students concerned are requested to visit the College within the specified period to complete the required official procedures.
