الرؤية:-
تحقيق الريادة والابداع والتميز والرصانة العلمية للكلية في المحافل العلمية المحلية والاقليمة والدولية في مجال البحث القانوني بفروع القانون الخاص، وتقديم خدمة تعليم ذات مستوى جودة عالية لطلبتها على اختلاف البرامج الدراسية.
خدمة المجتمع من خلال اعداد البحوث والدراسات التي تعالج مشاكل عملية تعاني منها القطاعات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المجتمع ورفد سوق العمل بالكفاءات القانونية المتخصصة، وتقديم الاستشارات القانونية بوساطة العيادة القانونية.
الرسالة :_
اعداد جيل من الخريجين المؤهلين بمهارات معرفية وبحثية ومتميزة في مجال الحقوق وإعداد البحوث العلمية المتخصصة لإثراء وتطوير المعرفة بما يساهم في خدمة المجتمع .
الاهداف:_
1-اعداد جيل متميز من القانونين الملمين بعلوم القانون الخاص والقادرين على الانخراط في سوق العمل وفي المجال الاكاديمي.
2-تطوير العملية التعليمية بغية بلوغ الكلية في مصاف الكليات المتقدمة في العراق والمنطقة والعالم.
3- الارتقاء بمخرجات التعليم في القسم وفي المراحل الدراسة كافة في الكلية.
4- بناء جيل يشعر بالمسؤولية تجاه المجتمع، وانماء بروح النزاهة والالتزام بالقوانين وآداب المهنة.
5- تعزيز البحث العلمي من خلال نشر البحوث والدراسات والرسائل الجامعية التي تعنى باغناء الفكر القانوني في فروع القانون الخاص والمساهمة في نشر المعرفة القانونية وبما يرسخ قيم العدالة وسيادة القانون في المجتمع وايجاد الحلول للمشاكل القانونية ذات الصلة بنشاط القسم .
Vision
: Achieving leadership, creativity, excellence, and scholarly rigor of the college in local, regional, and international scientific forums in the field of legal research in the branches of private law, and providing high-quality educational services to its students across different study programs. Serving the community by preparing research and studies that address practical problems faced by social and economic sectors in society, supplying the labor market with specialized legal competencies, and providing legal consultations through the legal clinic.
Mission: _
Preparing a generation of graduates qualified with cognitive, research, and distinguished skills in the field of law, and developing specialized scientific research to enrich and advance knowledge in a way that contributes to serving society.
Objectives:
– Prepare a distinguished generation of lawyers who are well-versed in private law and capable of integrating into the labor market and the academic field.
2- Develop the educational process in order to elevate the college to the level of advanced colleges in Iraq, the region, and the world.
3- Enhance the outcomes of education in the department and at all levels of study in the college.
4- Build a generation that feels responsible toward society, fostering a spirit of integrity and commitment to laws and professional ethics.5- Promote scientific research through the publication of research papers, studies, and theses that enrich legal thought in branches of private law, contribute to spreading legal knowledge, reinforce the values of justice and the rule of law in society, and provide solutions to legal problems related to the department’s activities.
