Within the framework of scientific cooperation between universities, the Faculty of Law – Al-Nahrain University continues the scientific cooperation with other Iraqi universities through the participation of its professors in the scientific committees for seminars, discussions and workshops.

Professor Samah Hadi Mohammed is a member of the public committee discussing a master’s thesis at the College of Law – Dhiqar University, tagged ((The impact of legislative drafting on guarantees of nationality)). The study aims to show the extent of the impact of legislative drafting on the texts of the nationality law. In the case of statelessness, the study addressed the strengths and weaknesses points in the legislative drafting of the effective Iraqi Nationality Law No. 26 of 2006 and the repealed laws within the framework of an analytical study compared with other laws, by researcher “Mohammed Jassim Mohamed.”
